1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zula Casino. By establishing an account, participating in games, or accessing any content across our web platform or progressive web application, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and our official Sweepstakes Rules.
PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER REQUIRING DISPUTES TO BE SETTLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS RATHER THAN THROUGH JURY TRIALS OR CLASS PROCEEDINGS.
2. Player Eligibility & Age Requirements
Participation on Zula Casino is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following requirements:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years of age in jurisdictions where local legislation requires.
- Are a natural person residing legally within the United States.
- Are physically located outside Excluded Territories: Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), Michigan (MI), or any other jurisdiction where social sweepstakes are restricted by state statute.
- Are the sole authorized holder of their account and registered payment instruments.
3. Virtual Currencies: Gold Coins & Sweeps Coins
Zula Casino operates on a dual-currency social sweepstakes platform:
Gold Coins (GC): Gold Coins represent virtual play credits designed solely for entertainment. Gold Coins have no real-world cash equivalent, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or merchandise, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or gifted to other accounts. Optional Gold Coin bundles may be purchased, but purchases are entirely optional.
Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweeps Coins represent promotional sweepstakes tokens that can never be purchased directly. Sweeps Coins are distributed complimentary via login streaks, mail-in requests (AMOE), and bonus promotions. Eligible Sweeps Coins won during gameplay may be redeemed for USD cash prizes or digital gift vouchers subject to the 1x playthrough rule and account KYC verification.
4. Prize Redemptions & Verification (KYC)
To safeguard our community and comply with anti-money laundering regulations:
- Every Sweeps Coin must be played through at least one time (1x) in eligible games prior to redemption request.
- Minimum redemption thresholds apply (50 SC for digital gift cards; 100 SC for direct ACH bank transfers).
- Players must submit unexpired government photo identification and valid proof of residential address prior to their initial payout approval.
- We reserve the right to limit redemptions to $10,000 per calendar day (or $5,000 in Florida and New York per regional regulations).
5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension
You agree not to engage in cheating, multi-accounting, VPN proxy spoofing to conceal geographic location, automated bots, script-assisted gameplay, collusive play, or abusive conduct directed toward staff or fellow community members. Any account found in violation will face immediate termination and forfeiture of virtual balances.
6. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to Zula Casino shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claims will be resolved through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
